    • Patrick Houston – Managing Partner, Bob and Co Partners LLP

Patrick joined stockbroker HSBC James Capel in 1986 and enjoyed a variety of sales and research roles across 5 industry sectors before being asked to lead the Media research team in 1998. The team moved to ABN AMRO in 2002 where he gained additional responsibility for sales and distribution for the Telecom, Media and Technology teams (TMT). In 2011 he left the City to advise start-up companies on strategy and financing before reuniting in April 2014 with Bob and Jonathan with whom he had worked at James Capel.
 

    • Freddie Ryecart – Partner, Bob and Co Partners LLP, Sector Analyst for Theatre

Freddie joined PwC London in 2009 after having graduated from Bristol University with a 2:1 in Economics. Whilst qualifying as a chartered accountant at PwC he specialised in auditing mid-cap firms with particular focus on the media sector. In 2013 he meet Bob and was invited to become the Group Finance Director of Bob and Co; a position he maintains alongside advising the Investment Committee of The Cultural Capital Fund on theatre investments.
 

    • Polly Benton – Sector Analyst responsible for Television and Film

Polly started her career as an analyst at Arrowgrass Capital before following her interest in media to join NBC Universal. As part of NBCU’s Future Leaders Programme she gained broad commercial experience, working in divisions including finance, strategy and content licensing in both London and Miami. Following the programme she became a manager within NBCU’s digital distribution team, initially responsible for licensing content to territories across EMEA, and subsequently for strategic initiatives focused on new digital products and transactional revenue growth.
